In 2009, after the resounding success of our flagship program, the Young Leaders Conference, the School of Leadership created a platform for teenagers between the ages of 13 to 16 years to steer their energy towards bringing positive change within themselves and the society.

The Junior Leaders Conference (JLC) is an exciting, thought-provoking and buzz-worthy 3-day residential leadership experience for teenagers to develop their success skills. It aspires to steer the energy of teenagers towards bringing about positive change within themselves and society.

The conference aims to tap into the latent potential of its participants to enhance their creativity and enrich their relationships with family and society.

Sky, Earth, Ocean, or take anything in nature, none has defined depth. That is same with human, we have no idea where the human brain can go; the innovation of the world has no limit. Machines, systems, and this tech is all innovation of human mind. Human mind has done wonders regardless of the backgrounds they come from. Hellen Keller, Atif Aslam, Armstrong, Edhi, these are the few names known for one or other thing, they have made the impact in world through their unique quality.

Who had known that these young brains will take their name to the world, and change millions of lives one day?

We believe Teenagers have the infinite potential to dream, and make those dreams come true. This uniqueness, this potential is infinity which will never be defined, it just keeps on making the impact.

Regardless of the backgrounds, situations, and appearance. Each teenager has potential to be young entrepreneurs, to explore newer fields including to become artists, tech geeks, scientists, robotics, gamers, photographers and much more. Teenage is the time of dreams, and exploration which must not be limitised for short-term goal. The balance of good character, confidence, and skill is what makes one stand-out.

Juniors’ leaders conference is the journey of embracing this uniqueness, the infinite power, adapting the right values, and get the exposure to bring this power into action.
